Industrial Applications of SIMS – Solving Problems in the Real Material World

Thursday September 17, 2009
8:40 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.
A special all-day workshop will be held on the use of SIMS in applied materials research with special emphasis on industrial applications – both on research and problem solving. In addition to the contributed and invited talks, there will be a one hour panel discussion which will allow people from industry (and academia) to ask questions about SIMS as well as a special section on industrial applications in the conference poster session. This will be a great opportunity for participants of the workshop to interact with SIMS experts from around the world and see how this technique can be applied to their particular problems.
This workshop is part of the SIMS XVII Conference and is open to all registrants of the conference with no need for a separate registration or additional payment.
Non-conference registrants are invited to attend this workshop.
